How to choose coffee for preparation in a coffee machine
Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White and other drinks with milk.
Most people prefer coffee with milk and the most popular of these is cappuccino. It is a mixture of milk froth, frothed milk and espresso.
The classic Italian cappuccino is usually made from a mixture of dark roasted arabica and robusta beans. This drink has a pronounced tart taste and a specific aroma inherent in robusta. After adding frothed milk, shades of cinnamon and chocolate appear in such a mixture. Many people prefer this kind of cappuccino.
If you use a blend of 100% Arabica or one single variety, the taste will be softer and more refined. Vanilla-creamy notes with sourness will appear, the severity of which depends on the degree of roasting. The darker the roast, the less sour notes.
Try three espresso-based flavors of your favorite milk drink (Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, or other):
1.From a mixture of Arabica and Robusta beans of strong roasting.
2.Made from 100% medium roasted arabica with sourness.
3. from 100% dark roasted arabica with less or no sourness.
Once you have decided on your preferences, you can start trying different types of coffee blends with Robusta if you like the first option. Or different types of blends or mono-varieties of Arabica according to the preferred degree of roast.
