Butter and coffee, also known as the “bulletproof” coffee among the keto diet, is hearty and creamy, can also help brighten up the anticipation of breakfast.

1-2 tablespoons of butter

ground coffee and water – as usual

 

COOKING:

Pour boiling water over ground coffee and add butter.

Pour the resulting mixture into a blender and beat for twenty to thirty seconds (until smooth). Pour the drink into a cup.
