The combination of cold ice cream and hot coffee is a lasting impression on the taste buds.
100 ml espresso
4-5 Art. l. milk
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp Sahara
a pinch of salt
a scoop of your favorite ice cream
What to do:
Mix cocoa powder with sugar and salt, pour over hot milk and cook for one or two minutes over low heat.
Whisk the mixture and transfer to a cup. Pour espresso into it in a thin stream. The final touch is a scoop of ice cream.
